Η εταιρεία μας αναπτύσσεται και αναζητά το επόμενο μέλος του MYS team. Η θέση αφορά την στελέχωση του Λογιστηρίου μας, για τη θέση του Βοηθού Λογιστή.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Λογιστικές εγγραφές - καταχωρίσεις μηχανογραφημένης λογιστικής-κύκλωμα εισαγωγών σε ERP Soft1
  • Συμφωνίες τραπεζικών λογαριασμών - πιστωτικών καρτών - προμηθευτών
  • Συμμετοχή στις εργασίες προετοιμασίας μηνιαίων φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων (ΦΠΑ, MYDATA, ΦΜΥ)
  • Δημιουργία στατιστικών πινάκων
  • Δημιουργία cash flow
  • Budgeting - οικονομικές αναλύσεις
  • Διεκπεραιώσεις τραπεζών - εξωτερικές εργασίες λογιστηρίου
  • Υποστήριξη στις λοιπές εργασίες του λογιστηρίου
  • Έλεγχος Παραστατικών πωλήσεων - αγορών - αποθήκης
  • Επικοινωνία με τους μηχανογράφους.

Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΙΕΚ, ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ οικονομικής ή λογιστικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Εμπειρία στην τήρηση Βιβλίων Γ' Κατηγορίας & Γνώσεις έκδοσης & ελέγχου μισθοδοσίας θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε οργανωμένο λογιστήριο ή σε λογιστικό γραφείο τουλάχιστον 3 ετών
  • Γνώση προγράμματος ERP Softone
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ MS Office
  • Ικανότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας
  • Εχεμύθεια
