has been active in the Greek market since 1966 and we operate in Piraeus, Perama and Limassol (Cyprus). Our main areas of expertise is: Νew Sales, Αfter Sales services (Spare Parts and Technical), Data Processing, Engineering Services, PrimeServ Academy.

For the Industry Division, Everllence Hellas is offering an interesting position in our Engineering Mechanical Systems, Instruments & Controls department that will handle the full technical responsibility for Drive Systems.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks And Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of the Drive Systems scope of delivery, typically including motors, frequency converters, and transformers ranging from 2 to 30 megawatts.
• Review and interpret customer specifications to ensure alignment with Drive Systems requirements.
• Prepare detailed inquiry and order specifications for procurement processes.
• Evaluate technical aspects of supplier proposals, ensuring compliance and accuracy before procurement.
• Participate in component testing and acceptance procedures, both remotely and on-site.
• Represent the Drive Systems function in customer meetings, providing expert technical input.
• Conduct technical clarifications and decision-making in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Maintain close coordination with cross-functional project teams, including systems engineering, controls, and mechanical design.

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• Solid experience with medium-voltage synchronous and asynchronous motors, frequency converters, and transformers.
• Familiarity with IEC standards and their application in industrial projects.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Energy Technology.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10–20%) and adapt to dynamic project needs.
• Proven experience in technical project management roles.
• Knowledge of explosion protection standards and practices (preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
