For the Industry Division, MAN Energy Solutions Hellas is offering an interesting position in our Engineering Systems, Instruments & Controls department.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks And Responsabilities

• Development / configuration of plant engineering solutions for specific customer projects as well as for standardized components / assemblies in the field, systems and plant engineering for turbomachinery.
• Design / develop and specify plant engineering components, assemblies and systems based on customer specifications, standards and internal regulations.
• Prepare and review mechanical / process design documents, including but not limited to, design guides, specifications, calculations, data sheets, reports, lists/indices, P&IDs etc.
• Review and evaluation of customer specifications, consultation with customers regarding technical solutions and coordination of suppliers for all equipment scope.
• Prepare assembly and commissioning documents, including specifications & work
• instructions
• Ensure design/engineering documents meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Collaborate, interact and support colleagues from the Headquarters
• Participate in technical negotiations/clarifications with suppliers and customers
• Support during the commissioning of the scope of delivery and during the whole lifecycle of the project

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable.
• Project Management skills are desirable
• Professional experience in packaging of turbomachinery or in plant engineering and in the planning and execution of projects.
• Sound knowledge of relevant international standards and guidelines (MRL, EN, ANSI, API, VGB, etc.), knowledge of explosion protection and functional safety desirable.
• Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages beneficial, i.e German)
• Team-oriented, systematic and conscientious way of working with willingness to travel worldwide occasionally.
• General understanding of all phases of project document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications
• Experience with and use of tools: E3D (desirable), SAP, MS Office
