For the Industry Division, MAN Energy Solutions Hellas is offering an interesting position in our Engineering Systems, Instruments & Controls department.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks And Responsabilities

• Electrical and automation engineering of turbomachinery instrumentation, including the engineering of packages as well as the design, specification and execution of EI&C components in the function of a sub-project manager
• Design / develop and specify instrumentation and automation of assemblies and systems based on customer specifications, standards and internal regulations
• Prepare and review EI&C design documents, including but not limited to, design guides, specifications, calculations, data sheets, reports, loop sheets, lists/indices, control narratives P&IDs etc.
• Review and evaluate of customer specifications, consultation with customers on technical solutions and coordination of suppliers for all EI&C components
• Prepare assembly and commissioning documents, including wiring diagrams, specifications and work instructions
• Ensure design/engineering documents meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Collaborate, interact and support colleagues from the Headquarters
• Participate in technical negotiations/clarifications with suppliers and customers
• Support during the commissioning of the scope of delivery and during the whole lifecycle of the project

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on measurement, instruments, controls and/or automation technology or comparable
• Experience with PLC/SCADA and HMI/SCADA development/execution as well as knowledge of network communication protocols will be considered as a plus
• Software Design Specification (SDS) and Functional Design Specification (FDS) familiarity will be considered a plus
• Understanding of components such as PLC's, HMI's, VFD drives, safety devices, field instrumentation sensors & actuator, memory modules, and network components
• Project Management skills are desirable
• Professional experience in packaging of turbomachinery or in process plant engineering and in the planning and execution of projects
• Sound knowledge of relevant international standards and guidelines (EN, ANSI, API, VGB, etc.), knowledge of explosion protection and functional safety desirable.
• Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages beneficial, i.e German).
• Team-oriented, excellent communication skills, systematic and conscientious way of working with willingness to travel worldwide occasionally
• General understanding of all phases of project document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications
• Experience with and use of tools: COMOS (desirable) SAP, MS Office
