Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, data entry in the ERP system, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional looking to build a solid foundation in accounting within a dynamic and supportive environment.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately record and process accounting documents (invoices, receipts, etc.) in the company's ERP system
  • Assign and manage cheque entries in the supplier ledger
  • Handle administrative tasks and manage incoming/outgoing phone calls
  • Communicate with suppliers to request and confirm proper documentation
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely and correct invoice processing
  • Assist in preparing documentation and reports as needed by the accounting team


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience
    in an accounting or related administrative role
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (University/TEI)
  • Completion of military service
    (for male applicants)
  • Good knowledge of
    English language
    (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Team spirit with a proactive and creative mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
