Main responsibilities

· St

ructuring business transactions (

M&A, project development).

· Day-to-day support to the companies and/or their investors.

· Corporate due diligence.

· Cooperating with associates of other legal disciplines, such as GDPR, IP, Tax, Employment, Litigation, Banking and Finance etc.

· Developing ongoing relationships with a prominent client base.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

·
Bachelor's degree in law.

·
Master's degree in Business Law, Commercial & Corporate or another relevant field

·
Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.

·
Proven track record of 3-5 years in corporate and commercial law and/or transactions law.

·
Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).

·
Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail.
