Currently, we are looking to bring on board a Employee Officer for the Strategy & Development Department:

What you will need to do:

  • Collection, analysis and documentation of data related to the strategic planning of the port
  • Participation in the preparation of strategic plans and business plans. Updating and monitoring target setting
  • Support in the preparation of financial analyses, revenue-expense forecasts and in the preparation of feasibility studies of new investments
  • Monitoring trends in the field of ports, transport and logistic market
  • Collaboration with technical teams, researchers and external consultants
  • Support the department in submitting requests to our corporate platforms, maintaining data records, project files, meetings arrangements and monitoring timelines

What skills you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or another relative degree
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economic Development, Maritime Economics or another relative degree would be considered an asset
  • At least 2 years proven working experience in the analysis and processing of financial statements. Experience in the shipping industry would be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to prepare financial forecasts and analyze investments
  • Ability to use financial tools (e.g. cash flow models)
