About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Back Office Employee
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations. You will work closely with different departments to process data, manage documentation, and handle day-to-day office tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, record keeping, and database management
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks
  • Process invoices, orders, and internal requests
  • Communicate with clients and partners when needed for back-office support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills in [English/Greek/other language as required]
