is looking for a motivated
Human Resources Generalist
to join our shore-based HR team in our offices in Athens, Piraeus

About the Role

As an HR Generalist you will play a key role in supporting our daily HR operations. You will be involved in a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection
: research, source, screen, and assess high-potential candidates

Training & Development
: communicate, coordinate, monitor, and record training activities, ensuring training needs are met

Support Our People
: assist with onboarding and handle employee inquiries

Network Actively
: engage with students and graduates, university career offices & networks (career fairs, coaching, mock interviews,)

Performance Appraisals:
Provide guidance, coordinate evaluations, and ensure timely completion of appraisals.

 
Employee Benefits Administration:

Support the administration of employee benefits program (health insurance) ensuring employees are informed and enrolled correctly.

Report & Administer
: prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records

Drive HR Projects
: Support in various HR initiatives and projects as assigned by your Line Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Good knowledge of Greek labor law and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Fluency in English (written & spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Office
