What will you do?

  • Engage with existing clients via telephone, chat, and email

  • Manage inbound warm leads and conduct timely outbound outreach

  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored advertising solutions

  • Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns for better performance

  • Execute digital campaigns and monitor success metrics

  • Identify trends and proactively improve campaign results

  • Refer clients to appropriate teams for specialized support

  • Promote optimal use of advertising products for enhanced customer experience

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in Czech (minimum C1) and strong English skills (minimum B2)

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with strong commercial acumen

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, transactional sales environments

  • Customer-focused and consultative in approach

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Must hold a valid full-time working visa (no student visas)

  • Experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus

  • Familiarity with online advertising or performance marketing is a bonus
