Τι θα έχει η καθημερινότητα σου:

Αναζήτηση & Επιλογή Creators: Εντοπισμός nano & micro-influencers που ταιριάζουν με το

brand και δημιουργία οδηγιών - briefing - για το πώς πρέπει να γυριστεί το περιεχόμενο (format, στυλ, key messages, hashtags).

Content Curation: Συλλογή, διαχείριση και οργάνωση περιεχομένου από την κοινότητα (hashtags, mentions, reviews) για χρήση σε δικά μας προφίλ.

Paid Ads Usage: Μετατροπή UGC σε performance ads (TikTok Spark Ads, You Tube shorts Ads, Google Ads) για αυξημένο CTR και conversions βάσει brief του PPC – Digital Marketing Specialist.

Community Engagement: Ενεργοποίηση κοινότητας - Δημιουργία περιεχομένου με challenges, giveaways, branded hashtags.

Engagement σχολιασμού: Σχολιασμός σε δικό μας περιεχόμενο αλλά και tagαρισμένο που αναρτάται στα εταιρικά προφίλ σε όλα τα social, με στόχο την ενίσχυση του engagement του κοινού και την ενεργοποίησή του για αγορά.

Requirements

Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις:

Experience: 1-2 χρόνια εμπειρίας στη διαχείριση beauty accounts, ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον Digital Agency.

Video Production &  Editing: Καλές γνώσεις σε CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush ή αντίστοιχα εργαλεία.

Graphic Design: Χρήση Canva / Photoshop για covers, captions visuals & thumbnails.

Social Media Trends Scouting: Ικανότητα να εντοπίζεις hot sounds, formats και challenges σε TikTok, Instagram & YouTube.

Copywriting για Social Media: Δημιουργία captions με SEO keywords, storytelling και persuasive Tone.

Community Engagement Tools: Χρήση εργαλείων για scheduling & monitoring (π.χ. Notion).

Analytics &  Reporting: Κατανόηση βασικών KPIs (CTR, ER, reach, conversions) και εξαγωγή insights από TikTok/IG Insights & Meta Business Suite για εβδομαδιαίο reporting σε διοίκηση.

Paid Ads Familiarity: Βασική κατανόηση Spark Ads, Shorts Ads & συνεργασία με PPC specialist.

UGC Curation & Database Management: Συλλογή και οργάνωση περιεχομένου (mentions, hashtags, reviews) σε βάση δεδομένων.

Engagement & Moderation: Σχολιασμός, απαντήσεις και ενεργοποίηση κοινού με στόχο τη μετατροπή σε αγορές.
