VIDAVO, is a digital health company established in 2002. Our solutions cover a wide range of connected health and self-management (mobile apps & web platforms) for supporting chronic disease (medical), nutrition and weight management (wellness). To this end, we bring forward experience in project management and most importantly in ICT-based services implementations, in terms of business potential and user satisfaction and acceptance, with expertise on developing integrated care systems and specialized mobile health applications.

Position: Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager (Hybrid)

Important note
: The position is based in Greece, and fluency in Greek, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Applications from candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the corporate and brand marketing communication strategy.
  • Create and distribute marketing content such as corporate presentations, press releases, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Manage and monitor corporate social media accounts, ensuring engaging content and consistent messaging.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor digital campaigns and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct competition analysis to identify market trends, benchmarks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Support event planning and representation at conferences and exhibitions.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing and corporate communications, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Proficiency with creative and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Experience in creating video content and below-the-line promotional material will be considered a plus.
