driven and detail-oriented team member
to join our
Corporate Customer Service & Sales Support
department.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle daily communication with
    wholesale customers
    (phone & email &Β2Β)
  • Enter, track, and manage orders
    through
    ERP Entersoft EBS
  • Support the sales team
    with product information, price lists, and offers
  • Communicate and follow up
    with
    transport companies
    for shipment status and delivery confirmations
  • Ensure
    accurate and timely deliveries
    to customers
  • Coordinate order pickups and returns
    with carriers
  • Record, track, and resolve complaints
    or delivery issues
  • Create and send offers to new and existing clients
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across departments


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in
    customer service or sales back office
  • Knowledge of ERP Entersoft EBS
    and
    WMS
    (ideal)
  • Good command of
    English
    (written & spoken)
  • Excellent use of
    MS Office
    and
    CRM tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fast typing and attention to detail
  • Team player with an organized and proactive mindset
  • Driving license
    and
    own car
    (no public transport access in the area)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
