Customer Support Representative – English Speaking

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented English-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our on-site team in Athens. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who want to begin their career in a global, fast-paced environment. You will be assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality support across various communication channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in English.
Provide clear, accurate, and friendly responses to customer questions.
Troubleshoot basic issues and offer effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal tools.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
Deliver a positive customer experience with each interaction.
Fluency in English (B2+) – oral and written.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
Availability to work on-site in Athens.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
