Job Purpose

What you will focus on
  • Keep decision-makers ahead of the curve by delivering clear, up-to-date dashboards, reports, and presentations that tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Build smarter systems-design and refine tools and processes that adapt to the ever-evolving needs of Forecasting & Replenishment.
  • Power new beginnings-prepare the data foundations needed to seamlessly launch new stores, DCs, and product categories.
  • Look back to move forward-mine past promotional performance to sharpen forecasts for seasonal events and first-time campaigns.
  • Keep the engine running-fine-tune system parameters to ensure replenishment flows smoothly and efficiently.
  • Be the data troubleshooter-track down inconsistencies, uncover root causes, and collaborate with teams to keep information clean and reliable.
Who we are looking for
  • A BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MSc is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in data, analytics, supply chain, logistics, or demand planning.
  • Solid skills in MS Office and Power BI, with comfort handling large datasets. SAP or ERP experience is a bonus.
  • Expertise with data-driven tools-good knowledge of SQL,R or Python.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
