NTT Data Greece team is looking for a motivated and experienced Availability and Capacity Management Process Owner in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector.

The Availability and Capacity Manager ensures that IT services meet current and future availability and capacity requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner. This role involves proactive monitoring, planning, and reporting to maintain optimal performance and reliability of IT infrastructure and services.

Your role:

• Capacity Planning: Develop and maintain capacity plans that align with business needs and forecast future resource requirements
• Availability Monitoring: Monitor system availability and performance metrics to ensure services meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
• Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends in resource utilization and availability, providing insights for future planning
• Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT operations and development teams to ensure that capacity and availability considerations are integrated into project planning and system design
• Incident Management Support: Assist in the investigation of incidents related to capacity and availability, providing recommendations for improvements
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on capacity and availability metrics to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting potential risks and recommendations
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in capacity and availability management practices and implement best practices
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units to understand their capacity needs and ensure that IT services are aligned with business objective

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• 7+ years of experience in IT project/programme managemen
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programme
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, SAFe
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartshee
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationship
• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required)
