What you will do:
The Product Owner (Claims) will take on developing digital solutions that help customers solve their problems and needs. You will leverage your experience towards simplifying complex things and creating new solutions, along with great Customer Experience, conversion, and value generation. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital Claims platform.
Your day-to-day:
- Set the vision & roadmap: Define and lead the vision for the development of our customer-facing Claims platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Customer-centric solutions: Craft high-quality digital experiences that directly address customer pain points and needs, grounded in continuous research and insights
- Drive value: Develop the Claims platform, with focus on maximizing tangible benefits, for both our customers and the business
- Stay ahead of trends: Continuously analyze market trends and innovations, identifying opportunities to evolve our platform and stay competitive
- Hypothesis-driven development: Define and validate hypotheses using data-driven approaches such as A/B testing and Usability studies
- Own the backlog: Manage the product backlog, turning business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria for the development team
- Prioritize with data: Use insights from various sources (e.g. web analytics, customer research, behavioral data, usability testing, product details, sales results and market trends) to prioritize feature development and platform enhancements
- Report & align: Regularly report progress to leadership and stakeholders, aligning the platform's evolution with NN's strategic objectives
- Budget management: Ensure responsible management of the project budget and keep stakeholders informed of financial health
- Collaborate & communicate: Foster strong, respectful relationships with key stakeholders, other Product Owners, and external partners
- Scrum leadership: Lead the team in Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinements, ensuring timely delivery of features
- Team Spirit: Build a "one team" culture, promoting trust, transparency, and open communication within the development team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager developing digital platforms, preferably customer-facing
- Proven track record of developing at least one successful digital product for individual customers
- Strong background in Customer Experience, including hands-on experience with design thinking, and close collaboration with UX/UI teams
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and product management best practices
- Ability to craft clear and actionable user stories that drive impactful product features
- A passion for delivering well-designed, user-friendly digital solutions
- Full fluency in English
- Relevant additional certifications, such as the CSPO, PSPO, CIDM, CPM, CBAP, among others will be highly values
- Experience with Insurance processes, especially claims handling within health portfolios, is a plus
