About the Role

We are looking for a detail–oriented and proactive Customer Service Support professional to join our team. The role is central to ensuring smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination across departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and process customer orders in the local ERP system
  • Provide daily customer care and service support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Issue all shipping documentation and invoices accurately and on time
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with a service–oriented approach
  • Arrange and plan transportation, including negotiation with carriers and customs brokers
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply departments to support business goals

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or order management preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and export documentation
  • Strong communication and problem–solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Good command of English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus
