About the job

ViOS Coworking, an internationally recognized and the most awarded Coworking Space in Greece, is seeking for a Facilities Manager to join our team.

The main responsibility of the candidate is to ensure the smooth operation of various systems in our properties, indicatively:

  • Health / Safety / Security (compliance with regulations and standards, access control, alarms)
  • Contractor selection for build-out and repairs (plumbing / drywall / electricians etc..)
  • Schedule Preventive maintenance of equipment (Electrical Generators / HVAC / VAMS)
  • Familiarity with BMS systems
  • Respond to facility-related service requests and emergencies
  • Project management

Line of reporting:

  • Operations Manager
  • CEO

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Solid knowledge of related hardware and software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Excellent command of Greek, professional command of English (Written + verbal)
