Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior/Mid Level Valuer located in Neo Psychiko. The Valuer will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals, determining property valuations, and providing high-quality customer service. The tasks also include maintaining effective communication with estate agents and clients, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and adhering to RICS standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience working with Estate Agents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using valuation software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• RICS accreditation is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
