Ο Ρόλος

Ως E-Commerce Associate, θα είσαι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διαχείριση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος, διασφαλίζοντας την άρτια εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και την ομαλή ροή των παραγγελιών. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί ακρίβεια, οργανωτικότητα και άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, καθώς συνδυάζει διοικητικά καθήκοντα, εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα.

Η Αποστολή Σου στην ομάδα

  • Διαχείριση και τιμολόγηση παραγγελιών μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για την επίλυση αποριών και ζητημάτων που αφορούν τις παραγγελίες.
  • Καταχώριση και ενημέρωση νέων προϊόντων στο ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα.
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για τη διασφάλιση ομαλής λειτουργίας των διαδικασιών του e-shop.

Τι Ψάχνουμε Σε Εσένα

  • Εμπειρία ή γνώση στη τιμολόγηση παραγγελιών.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και επικοινωνίας.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (επίπεδο Lower και άνω).

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα (προαιρετικά)

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση e-commerce.
  • Εξοικείωση με πλατφόρμες διαχείρισης e-shop (π.χ. WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento κ.ά.)
