E-Fillers is part of an international group specializing in medical aesthetics. From our HQ in Chalandri, Athens, we collaborate with manufacturers, clinics, suppliers, and distributors across the globe to launch and scale growth projects - building structured, reliable channels that connect high-quality aesthetic products with professional buyers worldwide.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to work directly with our Business Development Management on international growth projects at our HQ in Chalandri, Athens (on-site, full time). This is a hands‑on role for a critical thinker who enjoys structured, detailed work, problem‑solving, and learning fast. You'll gain exposure to global markets, client sourcing, and project organization - an excellent foundation for a career in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Research new markets, clients, and suppliers to support expansion.
  • Assist in preparing outreach lists and materials, and support follow‑ups.
  • Own data hygiene: data entry, pipeline updates, task logging, and maintaining clean records.
  • Organize schedules, communication, and documentation so projects run on time.
  • Contribute to business initiatives, with opportunities to increase responsibility over time.

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy: Excel, Outlook, and CRM familiarity.
  • Analytical & detail‑oriented: consistency, accuracy, follow‑through.
  • Proficient, concise written communication in English and Greek.
  • Proactive: curiosity, ownership, and willingness to do the groundwork.
