Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic driven
Business Development Associate, South East Europe & Central Europe
to drive business growth across Southeastern and Central Europe markets. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a strong track record in B2B sales, capable of identifying and winning new clients in the areas of technology solutions, contact centre services, and business process outsourcing (BPO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across assigned territories
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote technology, contact centre, and BPO solutions
  • Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and digital lead generation
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual or onsite) to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in technology, outsourcing, or contact centre services
  • Strong understanding of the South East Europe & Central Europe Banking ecosystem
  • Experience in selling Solutions and/or Services to Banks in South East Europe & Central Europe
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales cycles
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with international teams
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to travel abroad for client meetings and events
