#AboutYourRole

Your role as a
Card System Expert
will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients' engagements, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Support the implementation and ongoing evolution of the Card Management System (FIS Cortex)
• Configure and manage POS terminals (e.g., Verifone, Ingenico, Castles)
• Configure, monitor, and maintain ATM fleets (Diebold, NCR) to ensure high availability and optimal performance
• Maintain and configure HSMs (Hardware Security Modules)
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS standards and card scheme requirements (Visa, Mastercard)
• Participate in client workshops, providing technical expertise and contributing to solution design and delivery

#OurRequierements

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in card systems administration, specifically with FIS Cortex
• Proficient in POS configuration for Verifone, Ingenico, and Castles devices
• Knowledge of SSL accelerators and POS concentrators
• Experience in ATM administration with Diebold and NCR systems
• Understanding of PCI DSS compliance requirements
• Experience with Oracle Database, Oracle Tuxedo, and Oracle WebLogic
• Strong knowledge of network and system security
• Management experience of Visa and Mastercard Access Points
• Familiarity with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Greek and English
