Your role as a Network Administratorwill focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients' engagements, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise computer networks (LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN) ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco and HP network devices including switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
• Implement and optimize dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF for efficient and resilient connectivity.
• Configure and manage firewalls (Cisco ASA, Check Point, Palo Alto) to enforce network security and access control policies.
• Administer Cisco ACI environments, supporting data center automation, segmentation, and policy-driven networking.
• Deploy and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to secure endpoints and regulate network access.
• Plan, implement, and maintain network segmentation and security zoning to protect critical infrastructure and data.
• Support and maintain PBX and VoIP solutions (Cisco Call Manager, Asterisk), ensuring high-quality unified communications.
• Install, monitor, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and audio-visual systems to provide seamless connectivity and collaboration experiences.
• Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify issues, analyze performance, and optimize uptime.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient in computer networks including LAN and WAN
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and HP networking equipment
• Skilled in switching and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
• Expertise in firewall configuration and management with Cisco ASA, Check Point, and Palo Alto
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies
• Experience with Cisco ACI for data centre networking
• Familiarity with Network Access Control (NAC), network security, and segmentation
• Experience with PBX and VoIP systems, including Cisco Call Manager and Asterisk
• Understanding of Wi-Fi infrastructure and audio-visual systems integration
• Proficient in using network monitoring tools
• Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English
