Are you an accounting professional looking to advance your career? Deloitte Thessaloniki is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our prestigious Tax and Legal Department as an Assistant Accountant.

Your role as an Assistant Accountant will focus on supporting all aspects of accounting and tax compliance. Your goal will be to carry out all accounting procedures with accuracy while following internal procedures and meeting strict deadlines.

#YourRoleandResponsibilities

• Support the day-to-day accounting, deal with tax issues, and respond timely to relevant requests
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings
• Support month and year-end closing procedures and reconciliations
• Managing MyData
• Bookkeeping / Posting journal entries
• Participate in Ad-hoc tasks and projects

#OurRequirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of SAP will considered as an asset
