Performance Marketing Strategist

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee key clients in the Greek market, ensuring performance goals are met, strategies align with their needs, and strong partnerships are built, while acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies across performance marketing channels (Search, Social, Display, Video), using insights to drive maximum impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team, fostering skill development, optimizing performance, and creating a high-impact, growth-focused environment.
  • Track and assess campaign performance, conducting in-depth post-campaign analysis to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, experiment with new paid media channels, and contribute to business growth through strategic pitches and innovative marketing solutions.
  • Work closely with global and local teams to adapt strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across all functions.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of performance marketing platforms, GA4, advanced reporting, and attribution models, combined with strong Excel skills to analyze data and turn insights into impactful strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and listening skills, with experience in managing major accounts and confidently handling client-facing roles.
  • Independence and Multitasking: Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Team Development: Committed to mentoring and growing teams, from upskilling and empowering them to reach their full potential in a high-performance environment.
