About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of key clients in the Greek market, ensuring performance goals are met and strategies align with their needs.
  • Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies across performance marketing channels (Search, Social, Display, Video).
  • Collaboration with the Performance Marketing team to foster skill development and optimize performance.
  • Tracking and assessment of campaign performance, conducting in-depth post-campaign analysis to refine strategies.
  • Identification of opportunities to expand services and contribute to business growth through strategic pitches and innovative marketing solutions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record in managing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing platforms, GA4, advanced reporting, and attribution models, combined with strong Excel skills to analyze data.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and listening skills, with experience in managing major accounts.
