Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior copywriting or associate creative leadership role within a fast-paced creative or advertising environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong 360° creative work, from digital and social media to TV, radio, and print campaigns.
  • Excellent command of language and tone, with the ability to adapt copy across platforms and formats.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate brand insights into powerful messaging.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills — comfortable leading client conversations and internal brainstorms alike.
  • A collaborative spirit with experience mentoring junior creatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Communication, Marketing, Journalism, etc.) preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate impactful creative ideas and storytelling across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Ensure creative excellence and consistency in all written deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Be a key client-facing creative voice, presenting ideas and guiding feedback conversations.
  • Inspire and mentor a team of copywriters and creatives, encouraging originality, clarity, and cultural relevance.
