An Art Director serves as both a creative visionary and designer responsible for shaping brand experiences.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Mid-Level Art Director in an advertising agency or design house.
  • Love for design and willingness to follow contemporary aesthetics.
  • Capability to supervise production across various media.
  • Proven aptitude for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to lead creative teams, collaborate with photographers, and coordinate with third-party creative entities.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to craft visual concepts is mandatory for this role.
  • A degree in communication design or equivalent training would be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and execute campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Act as the primary driver of visual execution and oversee quality control.
  • Be curious and knowledgeable about the latest design trends.
