We are a fast-growing hospitality and real estate group that provides thoughtfully designed, fully furnished apartments tailored for business travelers, digital nomads, and modern families, available on flexible terms that adapt to their lifestyle.

As we continue to expand, with over 400 units already under management in Cyprus and plans to extend into Greece and beyond, we are seeking for a Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing function. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in small, entrepreneurial environments. You will build the marketing strategy, execute campaigns across multiple channels, shape our brand presence, and help position us not only as a preferred housing provider, but also as an employer of choice.

a. Corporate Branding
  • Define and maintain our brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets for digital, print, and events (with agencies or freelancers as needed).
  • Collaborate closely with HR on employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all teams (Sales, Partnerships, Channel Management, etc.).
b. Digital Marketing
  • Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead content strategy and ensure strong SEO performance for our website and related materials.
  • Build and test landing pages, funnels, and A/B experiments to drive leads.
  • Manage our presence across social platforms with engaging, relevant content.
  • Build and nurture an online community that reflects our values.
  • Develop customer communication flows, newsletters, and automations using CRM system.
  • Personalize outreach and segment audiences to improve engagement and loyalty.
  • Track KPIs and use insights to improve activities across all channels.
c. PR & Communication
  • Act as brand ambassador with media, partners, and local communities.
  • Build positive visibility through PR campaigns and proactive reputation management.
  • Support external communications, including crisis response if needed.
d. Strategic Partnerships
  • Develop and deliver a marketing plan that supports both customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Work hand-in-hand with other functions to ensure joint initiatives are optimized.
  • Identify and leverage partnerships to amplify brand visibility and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in both strategy and execution.
  • Broad skillset across creative marketing, performance channels, SEO, content, and social media.
  • Experience building or scaling marketing in a startup or small company environment.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using tools like GA4, HubSpot, Meta Ads, and SEO platforms.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in real estate, property tech, or hospitality is a plus.
