Αναζητούμε Organization & People Development Specialist για τις εγκαταστάσεις μας στη ΒΙ.ΠΕ. Σίνδου, στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Οι αρμοδιότητες της θέσης περιλαμβάνουν τον σχεδιασμό, την υλοποίηση και την αξιολόγηση προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης και ανάπτυξης, καθώς και τη διαδικασία αξιολόγησης της απόδοσης των εργαζομένων, με βασικό στόχο τη συνεχή εξέλιξη και ενδυνάμωση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού της εταιρείας.

Κύρια Καθήκοντα

  • Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες των εργαζομένων και τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους της εταιρείας
  • Διερεύνηση και ανάλυση εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών σε συνεργασία με τους επικεφαλής των τμημάτων
  • Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς παρόχους εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων
  • Συλλογή και παροχή στοιχείων για HR Reporting
  • Αξιολόγηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των εκπαιδευτικών και αναπτυξιακών δράσεων και παροχή εισηγήσεων για ενδεχόμενες βελτιώσεις
  • Ενημέρωση και παρακολούθηση των βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs) που σχετίζονται με την εκπαίδευση
  • Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη της διαδικασίας αξιολόγησης της απόδοσης των εργαζομένων
  • Καθορισμός και παρακολούθηση του προϋπολογισμού εκπαίδευσης σε συνεργασία με όλες τις Διευθύνσεις
  • Διαχείριση ESG δεικτών αναφορικά με τους πυλώνες του HR

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών, Ψυχολογίας ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία 2+ έτη σε σχετική θέση
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία HRMS
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
