We are currently looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst - Controller to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process financial data from various sources and departments and work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial business needs and deliver insights that support business growth.
• Provide reporting analysis across commercial, sales, marketing, and product areas, identifying key performance metrics.
• Improve financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all markets where we operate.
• Use data to guide strategic and operational decisions within the organization.
• Conduct financial performance evaluations, forecast revenue, and identify cost optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
• Act as a financial business partner to senior leadership, providing scenario analysis and recommendations.
• Oversee financial projects in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities effectively.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep analysis of business and financial data.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments (marketing, operations, product, compliance) to align financial targets with business strategy.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in financial planning & analysis, controlling, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• A data-driven attitude with an analytical focus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated, and data-driven environment.
