Mid / Senior Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a
Mid/Senior Business Process Analyst,
to be involved in structuring, analyzing & optimizing business.


Key responsibilities will include
:

  • Mapping and modeling processes (BPMN or equivalent)
  • Elicit and document Enterprise Architecture details (e.g. Organizational Structures, IT Systems,Products etc) using the
    ARIS
     Business Process Analysis platform.
  • Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for optimization (tools, quality, governance, etc.)
  • Proposing continuous improvement solutions and supporting their deployment
  • Implementing relevant KPIs to monitor process performance
  • Performing effectively User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and review the manuals and documentation, to ensure deliverable requirements are met.


Nice to have

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and interested in performance measurement.
  • Experience in using process mapping and modeling tools & experience in Banking sector will be considered as assets.
