Deals, Turnaround & Restructuring Services
, we help organizations and their stakeholders design and implement strategic, operational, and financial changes. These may arise from market disruptions, performance challenges, financial pressure, or growth opportunities.
Our team supports clients in areas such as:
- Improving performance and profitability (cost reduction, operational efficiency)
- Managing liquidity and cash flow pressures
- Strategic realignment and organizational restructuring
- Non-distressed reorganization and business optimization
- Integration and transformation following mergers and acquisitions

Responsibilities
As a Manager, you will:
- Develop and review
business plans
and strategic options for clients. - Build and challenge
integrated financial models
tailored to each engagement. - Assess
cash flow forecast assumptions
and provide practical recommendations on optimizing cash flows and available options. - Review and challenge
financial analyses and models
, identifying areas for improvement and making actionable recommendations to enhance company performance, liquidity, credit availability, and creditor return. - Analyze historical and current performance to assess business viability and propose immediate remedies.
- Lead company and market research to support restructuring and turnaround strategies.
- Manage day-to-day execution of complex projects, often under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (clients, banks, investors) and guide multidisciplinary teams.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or another relevant field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Restructuring, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Strategy, or related fields.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Solid understanding of restructuring/accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring practical and innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to lead teams across multiple disciplines and projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and pressure.
