Paralos Energy, a well-established energy projects construction company is seeking to recruit an Project Manager with a previous experience in energy projects construction management. The Project Manager will be joining our projects team to plan and oversee a wide variety of energy projects from beginning to end including but not limited to: High Voltage Substations, Wind Farms and HV/MV Transmission lines, in the Greek area as well as abroad.

Responsibilities

  • You oversee construction projects from beginning to end
  • You manage the budget and estimate costs
  • You determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
  • You ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
  • You ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • You collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and key team members of the project team
  • You follow up the procedure for the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
  • You ensure all deadlines are met
  • You keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare reports regularly
  • You conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality standards

Qualifications

  • You hold an Electrical Engineering Degree
  • You have at least 1 year experience in a similar role. Experience in a construction company related to energy sector will be considered as a plus
  • You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Project as well as engineering softwares (CAD software, EPLAN)
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus
  • You are highly organized and have a team working and problem-solving attitude
  • You have previous experience in a manager role with strong and proven leadership skills
  • You are able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
  • You have excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
