About the Role:
Were looking for fluent Spanish speakers to join an international Customer Support team in Greece. In this role, you'll provide top-quality service to customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a great customer experience all while working in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Assist with product, account, and service-related questions

  • Provide clear, helpful, and professional communication

  • Handle issues efficiently and escalate when necessary

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

  • Spanish: C2 level

  • English: B2 level

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive and customer-focused mindset

  • Must have the necessary documents to legally work in Greece (EU passport or valid work permit)

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Working Schedule:
Monday-Sunday, 08:00-23:00 (rotational shifts)
