Καθήκοντα

  • Επίβλεψη και διαχείριση όλων των εργασιών καθαριότητας των δωματίων, κοινοχρήστων και βοηθητικών χώρων, καθώς και των δωματίων προσωπικού.

  • Οργάνωση, εκπαίδευση, αξιολόγηση και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας καθαριότητας για την τήρηση υψηλών προτύπων υγιεινής και καθαριότητας.

  • Διαχείριση προμηθειών, αποθεμάτων και παραγγελιών του τμήματος, καθώς και συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού και των μηχανημάτων.

  • Τήρηση των διαδικασιών (SOPs), κανόνων Υγιεινής & Ασφάλειας και περιβαλλοντικών απαιτήσεων, με έλεγχο ποιότητας και άμεση αποκατάσταση βλαβών.

  • Σχεδιασμός και παρακολούθηση προγράμματος εργασιών, βαρδιών και ρεπό, καθώς και έλεγχος κόστους και επίτευξης προϋπολογισμένων ημερομισθίων.

  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για ομαλή λειτουργία και βελτίωση της παραγωγικότητας και των υπηρεσιών.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτερης Σχολής Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων ή αντίστοιχο από εσωτερικό ή εξωτερικό.

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ηγετική θέση σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον.

  • Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας σε ικανοποιητικό επίπεδο (γραπτά & προφορικά).

  • Καλή γνώση χρήσης υπολογιστών και ξενοδοχειακών συστημάτων (Protel/Opera).

  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.

  • Δυνατότητα παρακολούθησης δεικτών απόδοσης, λήψης αποφάσεων και εφαρμογής βελτιώσεων στο τμήμα.
