Account Manager

Role:
As an Account Manger you will be responsible for customers' needs, develop and maintain strong relationships by making the client aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success and increase customer's satisfaction. The position refers to the Customer Service Manager.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Maintain client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Monitoring the client's budget, costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Selecting all necessary documents for new hires

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree related to the business
  • Master's degree will be an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in account management services, for promotion, merchandising, event planning etc
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills in Greek, with the ability to build relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid experience on CRM software ERP will be also an asset
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong Negotiating Skills, team player and customer-oriented person
  • Proactivity, decision making and ownership
  • A High Degree of Self-Motivation
