What We're Looking For
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting commercial operations? Lloyd's Register is seeking a Commercial Execution Administrator to join our dynamic Commercial team, focusing on the Marine Equipment & Components (ME&C) business. This role plays a key part in ensuring a consistent and client-centric commercial experience, supporting sales, contracts, and client engagement processes.

The role
Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Support the sales team with the creation and lifecycle management of umbrella contracts and respond to ME&C-related client queries.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of simple bids and proposals, including pricing and documentation using current templates.
  • Quote Management: Create and update sales quotes in ByD (SAP Business ByDesign).
  • Client Engagement: Address routine client queries and escalate complex issues appropriately, ensuring Salesforce is updated.
  • Feedback & Complaints: Escalate client feedback and support complaint resolution in line with internal processes and SLAs.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to all commercial and ByD processes.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Support with lead queue management and client business reviews.

You Are Someone Who Has

  • Fluent in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM and ERP systems.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and upholding professional integrity.

  • Timely and accurate quote creation.
  • Effective use of Salesforce and ByD systems.
  • High-quality client support and feedback handling.
  • Adherence to SLAs and internal processes.
