About the job

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst to join our Group Participations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial and regulatory reporting for the Group's equity portfolio, managing the end-to-end reporting cycle and ensuring strategic alignment between overall Group objectives and the performance of individual companies. Your insights will support data-driven decision-making contributing to the Group's strategic and financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly and quarterly group reporting cycles, maintaining precision and punctuality in equity portfolio submissions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of portfolio companies, evaluating profitability, liquidity, capital structure, and value creation drivers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to verify the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of data at the Group level.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive reports, and presentations to senior management and the relative committees.
  • Foster collaboration across Group units to safeguard data integrity and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MSc in relevant areas will be considered an asset.
  • Related professional qualification completed, or in progress (ACCA / ACA, or equivalent)
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant professional experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Auditing, or group, preferably within the Banking, Financial services, or Audit sector.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
