a leading supplier of Medical and Security Equipment in the Greek market
, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Communications & Events Specialist

Job description:

  • Create, edit and publish compelling content for various communication channels (Website, LinkedIn, Newsletter, etc.).
  • Update the Company's presentations, leaflets, banners etc. and oversee the design of all promotional material in cooperation with outsourced designers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and functions to identify ad hoc business needs and develop relevant content and engaging messaging.
  • Work closely with and support Sales teams' participation to conferences and workshops in Greece and abroad.
  • Coordinate with external providers and congress planning companies to ensure Proton's successful participation.
  • Assist in the organization and planning of corporate events.
  • Follow market developments and disseminate information related to certifications and regulatory framework updates, to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication & Media or relevant field of study.
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including high standards of written communication both in Greek and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Experience in using websites and social media platforms.
  • Be a good team player, with the ability to get on with tasks and achieve results.
