We are looking for a Brand Communications Specialist to join our team and to become the voice, observer, and chronicler of KMB. You'll uncover stories from inside our walls, track our industry from the outside, and shape how the world perceives us online.

This hybrid role combines journalism, content creation, market intelligence, and digital presence management.

You'll document our evolution, showcase our innovations, maintain our profiles and platforms, and make sure KMB's story is told authentically — everywhere.

Your Mission is to build KMB's Editorial Intelligence Engine: a continuous stream of stories, visuals, insights, and updates that reflect our people, projects, and culture — while keeping our online presence fresh, accurate, and alive.

Location: On-site/ Hybrid/ Remote within Greece

Responsibilities

Storytelling & Documentation

• Investigate and document KMB's history and ongoing milestones through interviews, research, and writing.
• Craft narrative-driven articles and posts about our projects, R&D, culture, and partnerships.
• Capture and edit short video clips and photos from inside the company (events, team life, product demos).
• Organize and maintain the KMB Digital Archive — photos, videos, project files, press, and artifacts.

Market Intelligence & Representation

• Research and analyze competitors and peers in the creative-tech and software industry.
• Track trends, technologies, and discussions in relevant online communities.
• Attend or cover tech/design events, representing KMB professionally.

Online Presence & Community Management

• Maintain and update KMB's website, LinkedIn, Clutch, and other professional profiles.
• Monitor engagement and report performance metrics monthly.

Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Journalism, communications, or documentary storytelling background.
• Proven writing and interviewing skills (feature-style, not corporate PR).
• Familiarity with video/photo recording and editing tools (Canva, CupCat, DaVinci, or similar).
• Experience managing digital profiles (LinkedIn, Clutch, company websites, newsletters).
• Comfort with community engagement platforms (Slack, Discord, Reddit, etc.).

Nice to haves

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Master's Degree is a plus
• Understanding of AI, creative coding, and digital-product development.
