#YourKeyResponsibilities

As a key member of the Brand & Communications team, you will contribute to initiatives that shape Deloitte's brand voice and bring our storytelling to life across audiences and on channels. You will work closely with the Brand and Comms team to translate strategy into high-impact visual communication.

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with project objectives and Deloitte's brand identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and deliver fresh, creative ideas across campaigns, social media, and other design projects.
• Create visually compelling assets for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Strategize, conceptualize, and deliver creative materials across touchpoints such as webpages, newsletters, internal comms, event signage, and more.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to deliver modern and effective design solutions.
• Apply feedback effectively to refine and optimize creative work, ensuring final designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

#WinningRequirements

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
• Bachelor's degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with Adobe Premiere & After Effects is considered a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and overall design principles.
• Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics will be highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
