As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Marketing Communications Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing communication plans across traditional channels including TV, print, radio, and outdoor media
• Coordinate media planning and buying activities in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring maximum reach and cost efficiency
• Oversee the creation, production, and rollout of advertising campaigns in traditional media, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage the company's full portfolio of corporate events and external sponsorships (e.g., industry events, conferences, sports teams, cultural institutions) that align with the company's brand and business goals
• Plan, organize, and execute corporate and promotional events, exhibitions, and press activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and media performance to optimize communication strategies
• Manage external agencies, production houses, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Develop and manage the annual Marketing Communications budget for traditional channels and sponsorships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Communications, with a strong focus on traditional marketing channels (print, PR, events, OOH, radio, TV)
• Proven expertise in developing and managing large-scale sponsorship programs and event marketing initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong editing and proofreading abilities for press materials and corporate collateral
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
