The job is for a Communications & Marketing Manager, with at least3-5 years of experience in the field. Communications & MarketingManager create, implement and oversee communication programs, be it internal orexternal, that effectively describe and promote the GSH organization and itsproducts.

A strong asset for this role is a solid understanding of the EarthObservation domain and geospatial technologies, as well as familiarity with thetype of services and applications typically developed within these fields. Suchbackground will enable the candidate to effectively communicate relevantsolutions, projects, and technological capabilities to diverse audiences andsupport the overall success of the communication and marketing activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Overseeall internal and external communications for GSH, ensuring its message isconsistent and engaging
• Developand execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness,drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth
• Leadthe planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social mediainitiatives, email marketing, and content creation
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with companygoals and objectives
• Analyzemarket trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for improvement and innovation
• Marketingbudget development and cost tracking plus prioritizing needs
• Developand implement effective marketing strategies that build customer loyaltyprograms, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
• Planand manage the design, content, and production supervision of all marketingmaterials
• Conferenceand Event Management
• Runningthe responsibility of Dissemination/Communication of specific projects, provingall materials implementation eg. deliverables for Dissemination, social mediaupdates. Banners, broshures design etc

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Preparation of presentations andpromotional material (including the graphics and design)
• Creation and development of:
• Print and online advertising material
• Email marketing (knowledge ofMailchimp platform)
• Website and Social Media contentcreation and account management
• Corporate video, photo editing andmarketing material
• Press release editing, bylinedarticles
• Conference and event management
• Work with different marketingdepartments to generate new ideas and strategies
• Running the responsibility ofDissemination/Communication of specific projects, proving all materialsimplementation eg. deliverables for Dissemination, social media updates.Banners, brochures design etc

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing or Communications
• Extensiveexperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Knowledgeof graphics programs
• Previousexperience with Horizon Dissemination and Communications projects will beconsidered a plus.
• Excellentcommand of the English language, both written and verbal

Essential Skills:

• Strongwriting, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professionalprinting/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present conceptsverbally
• Photo/videoediting
• Excellentorganizational and planning skills
• Superiorproject management and time management skills
• Awide degree of creativity and latitude
• Strongknowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
• Self-motivatedwith a positive and professional approach to management
