Position Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Samos for the 2026 season. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure outstanding guest service, and contribute to the overall success of our Food & Beverage department.

Reports to

Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities


• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations


• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction


• Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaints


• Organize and supervise shifts


• Estimate future needs for goods, utensils, and cleaning products


• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations


• Manage the restaurant's image and suggest improvements


• Control operational costs and implement measures to minimize waste


• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses


• Train new and current employees on proper service practices


• Implement policies and protocols to ensure smooth future operations

Requirements


• Excellent command of Greek and English


• Guest-oriented and motivated personality


• Strong knowledge of kitchen and restaurant operations


• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager will be considered an asset
