The KOIA All-Suite Wellbeing Resort is a luxury destination in Kos, designed to offer an unparalleled experience of relaxation and well-being. With 51 unique sea-view suites, KOIA is a modern retreat inspired by the Hippocratic philosophy.

We are looking for a Waiter A' for the summer season of 2025, committed to delivering a unique gastronomic experience that blends Hippocratic philosophy with contemporary luxury.

Your Responsibilities

As a Waiter , you will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining high standards, and promoting KOIA's unique dining experiences.

Key Duties:

• Presenting KOIA's concept and connecting it with the menu.

• Preparing the restaurant for opening and closing, ensuring cleanliness and order.

• Welcoming guests, managing reservations, and allocating tables efficiently.

• Providing specialized service to vegan, vegetarian, and guests with dietary restrictions/allergies.

• Coordinating with the Chef to accommodate personalized dietary needs.

• Taking orders, serving, presenting dishes, and promoting sales.

• Wine knowledge and food pairing expertise, advising and upselling beverages.

• Managing equipment and supervising assistants to prevent damages.

• Issuing bills, handling room charges, and ensuring correct receipt delivery.

• Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to KOIA's standards.

Your Qualifications

We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who will contribute to KOIA's unique guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel or an à la carte/fine dining restaurant.

• A degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service techniques and hygiene protocols.

• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

• Experience with PDA, POS systems, and wine management.

• Strong complaint-handling skills and experience serving VIP clients.

• A polite, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
