About the location:
Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About The Role

Executive Pastry Chef

, who has a passion for pastry work and a keen sense for flavours, colour and texture in what they produce. Creativity and flair, the ability to provide both guidance and strong leadership to others, good business acumen, strong work ethic, attention to detail and strong communication skills are ideal.

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for the management of the pastry department in the Resort. Providing the guests with a selection of delicious pastry choices and fresh bakery products on a daily basis as well as working in a creative manner to consistently introduce innovative recipes and to develop the team's' ability to produce a premium quality product is essential.

What Will You Do

  • Coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees and managers in the Kitchen's bake/pastry shop through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.
  • Oversee menu development, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistent quality and creativity across all food items.
  • Control labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
  • Ensure strict compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards in line with Four Seasons, local, state, and federal regulations
  • Maintain quality control systems, portion consistency, and purchasing specifications while monitoring food deliveries and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to meet operational needs, attend regular meetings, and ensure seamless communication between kitchen and service teams.

What You Bring

  • Culinary arts education, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of previous culinary or related leadership experience, with strong fundamental culinary knowledge.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques, including meat and fish butchery, pasta production, sauce preparation, and plant-based dishes.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, allergies, and sanitation standards with proven ability to maintain compliance at all times.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise large teams and foster collaboration across front and back-of-house operations.
  • Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation, ordering processes, and inventory management, as well as basic knowledge of food cost systems and budgeting.
  • keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Applicants are highly recommended to have previous experience in a luxury Resort setting.
