Ως Sales Coordinator, θα έχεις κεντρικό ρόλο στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία και απόδοση της ομάδας πωλήσεων.

Τι θα κάνεις στην καθημερινότητά σου:
  • Καθημερινός συντονισμός και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας χονδρικής, με σαφή κατανομή ρόλων και προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs, καθοδήγηση και αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης ομάδας.
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων πωλήσεων & αγοραστικών τάσεων, και εισήγηση action plans & proposals.
  • Εισαγωγή πλαισίου accountability και ροών πωλήσεων.
  • Επικοινωνία με υπάρχον δίκτυο πελατών.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα εμπορικού σχεδιασμού, εξυπηρέτησης και logistics.
  • Παροχή υποστήριξης στην ομάδα για συνέπεια και αποτελεσματικότητα.
  • Διασφάλιση της σωστής χρήσης εργαλείων CRM και συστημάτων αναφοράς.
  • Αναγνώριση της δυναμικής της ομάδας και ενίσχυση αυτής.
  • Εντοπισμός δυσλειτουργιών και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών βελτιώσεων.
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό εμπορικών ενεργειών και την υλοποίηση των στόχων σε όλες τις αγορές.
Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις:
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε ρόλο συντονισμού ομάδας B2B πωλήσεων ή διαχείρισης χονδρικού δικτύου.
  • Εμπειρία σε beauty, pharma ή FMCG περιβάλλον θεωρείται σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα ηγεσίας, καθοδήγησης και αξιολόγησης ομάδων.
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας και κάθε μέλος αυτής.
  • Άνεση στη χρήση CRM, ERP και MS Excel (pivot, filters, βασικές συναρτήσεις).
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία συνεργασίας όπως Slack, Asana ή Trello.
  • Εμπορική αντίληψη και στρατηγική σκέψη, με κατανόηση της σημασίας KPIs.
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης εμπορικής αλληλογραφίας και reports με ακρίβεια.
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Αποτελεσματική συνεργασία με διαφορετικά τμήματα.
